The threat posed to the East End of London by the UK House of Commons draft piece of legislation, the CROSSRAIL Bill, goes beyond the planned destruction of entire communities and neighbourhoods.

The Khoodeelaar! Campaign has just finalised the first comprehensive report on the role of those councillors who have held key posts in Tower Hamlets Council.

And the formally couched petition ‘against’ the “Crossrail Bill” as submitted by the controlling clique on Tower Hamlets council in September 2005 is no exception.
Which means that there are words, phrases in it that would not occur in ordinary discourse or communications or statements.
But that is a very common feature present in almost every single one of the 364 other petitions that have been also submitted ‘against’ the Crossrail Bill to the UK Parliament by various other persons, interests and parties concerned.
What is unique about the ‘hole petition’ as submitted in the name of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council is that it is riddled with the type of lies that we have shown Michael Keith has been capable of telling about the Crossrail hole plan and about his role in peddling and touting for the Crossrail hole plan at least since June 2003.
For those who have not examined the banality of the Michael Keith ‘speech-making’ in this context or have not had access to the results of the independent Khoodeelaar! dissection of Michael Keith’s very bizarre and very irrational ‘language’ , we are starting the comprehensive analysis of his role and of the contents of that Crossrail hole petition here.
It is Michael Keith who has played a key [NOT the only key] role as a strategically placed tout on Tower Hamlets Council for the Crossrail hole plan assault on the people of the London borough of Tower Hamlets.
If there has been any other ‘single’ councillor who has aided or abetted him in this way then that can only be the council leader Helal Uddin Abbas who was in the post of leader until his overthrow in May 2005.
Between the two of them, Helal Uddin Abbas and Michael Keith have participated in the promotion of the Crossrail hole plan in the local community in the East End of London in a most intriguingly brazen and irrational way.
They were told by Khoodeelaar! very clearly in early 2004 that what they had done upto then must stop and must not be repeated at all.
They were written to first by CBRUK – the Committee for Bangladeshis’ Rights in the UK [which supports Khoodeelaar!] and asked to explain what they had done in promoting Crossrail upto that time [January-March 2004]. They failed to explain any of their conduct.
The CBRUK questionnaires and constitutional communications were soon followed up by Khoodeelaar!
Then it was noted that Helal Uddin Abbas had been a so-signatory to what must have been a Ken Livingstone confection for Crossrail that also appeared in the print editions of the London EVENING STANDARD.
CBRUK immediately identified the source and asked Christine Gilbert, as the chief Officer of the Tower Hamlets Council, to explain why that signature had been added to the Crossrail hole plan promotion letter.
Christine Gilbert was also asked an additional 20 questions by March 2004 about her legal role in advising the councillors on what they should or not have said and done in promoting the Crossrail assault plan against the Eats End of London community, [To be continued]

A LEADING contender to become Britain's Deputy Prime Minister tried to woo supporters in Crossrail-threatened Brick Lane on Wednesday night... but then refused to talk about the £16 billion project saying it was "not my brief."
Education Secretary Alan Johnson froze when the Advertiser asked him for his views on Crossrail, which protesters claim will devastate large sections of the East End during its massive construction.
He smiled and said: "Crossrail's not my portfolio. I'm not really briefed on it, so I wouldn't like to comment."
His minder for the evening, Labour party member Mizanur Chaudhury, then dragged him away and insisted: "Crossrail's a local issue and not important for here."
Crossrail chiefs want to sink huge ventilation and emergency exit shafts at Spitalfields, Whitechapel and other parts of Tower Hamlets, ready for the main tunnelling.
One of the shafts will be just yards from Brick Lane's Sonargaon restaurant where Mr Johnson held his campaign meeting on Wednesday evening.
As he arrived, the anti-Crossrail campaign group Khoodeelaar! heckled him from across the street. But Mr Johnson just smiled and made no reference to the protest in his speech.
Instead, he talked about how he was a trade unionist to the core and how Gordon Brown would usher in a 'sense of moral purpose' when he becomes Prime Minister next Wednesday.
"I'm sorry I was late," Mr Johnson told the 80 party members and Unison activists present.
"But I haven't been to this fabulous community of Brick Lane for a while."
In a swipe at Respect's Bethnal Green & Bow MP George Galloway, he added: "This is Labour territory and we need to ensure we win it back from the people who posture and pose on the Left.
"If we can beat [Conservative leader] David Cameron at the next election, the Tories will be destroyed and the 21st century can become the century of the progressive Left.
Mr Johnson also praised his 'old mate,' Poplar MP Jim Fitzpatrick, sitting beside him, who faces a tough battle to be re-elected at the next General Election.
"Jim has been an absolute credit to the Labour party and Government," he said.
"I would not like to be dealing with some of issues he has recently."
Mr Johnson was among the last of the six contenders to woo the Tower Hamlets vote during the deputy leadership campaign, which ends on Sunday. ”

What a desperate man Michael Heseltine must be!
And what an ignorant and backward seeker of the minute’s media glory he must be.
He is also definitely a Ca-moroned Conservative!
The Ca-morons’ motto seems to be:
“Get rid of whatever sense you once might have claimed to possess!”
Is it the proverbial dotage that has caught up with the opportunist at last? He was one of the most irrational opponents of local democracy and accountability when he held power as a Minister in Thatcher’s cabinet. Heseltine is often overrated in the media, mainly because the ignorant and the immoral media 'pundits' themselves don’t have the record of opposing authoritarians themselves. So they used Heseltine as a sort of default opponent of Thatcher. And in doing so, they inflated the ego of the man who needed no inflating. He was the most accomplished inflater of his ego himself.
His intervention as relayed by the BBC today, in calling fro the further powers to be given to authoritarian self-seekers is in total conflict with any image Heseltine might wish to promote of himself as a backer of a democratic say by local people in the peoples'' affairs.
Heseltine was wrong in 1981 sand Heseltine is wrong again over this mayorisation in 2007.
Scrap his call and with it scarp the powers that are already given to the likes of the mayor in London.
The Greater London Assembly is a joke. It was intended to be a joke. It must have been intended to be a joke. Given its records, it could not have been intended to act as a demander of accountability from the holder of the office of mayor in the name of London. And it has lived [!] up to that agenda.
What is needed is an Assembly without a mayor. The Assembly should have the elected titular head for a year and election to the title should be held annually. That is the nearest way we can have some say for the people of London on what goes on in our name. In every part. On every key issue that affects us.
The word mayor is an egomaniac’s recipe. Scarp it now. And save ourselves a great deal of waste and division and damage.

In a clinic in the United States, an ex-CIA agent is receiving treatment for alcohol addiction, an illness that may have its origins in a dreadful tragedy that befell his family years ago.
Bob Kiley might sound like a suitable case for public sympathy but sympathy has been noticeably lacking in the questions about him directed at London's City Hall this week. Because Mr Kiley, 72, is not just an alcoholic, he is also one of Britain's highest-paid public servants.
While he was Transport Commissioner, he earned £3.9m and was allowed a house, rent-free, in Belgravia - a perk reckoned to be worth £13,000. He has use of it until 2009.
When he ceased to be a full-time commissioner, he was paid £2m in a severance deal and retained as a 90-day-a-year consultant for Transport for London (TfL) with a daily fee of £3,200, giving advice on issues such as Crossrail and the Olympics.
This week, the London Mayor, Ken Livingstone, who hired Mr Kiley six years ago, felt compelled to say that the generous flow of Londoners' money into Mr Kiley's current account would have to stop. The Mayor has tactfully suggested that Mr Kiley will have the good sense not to submit an invoice until he is well again.
The Mayor made this announcement with obvious reluctance, accompanying it with a glowing tribute to all that Mr Kiley has done.
But some people have wondered whether there is anyone who is paid so much out of the public purse to do so little. In an interview in March with the London Evening Standard Mr Kiley admitted that his intake of vodka went up as his workload went down. "If you ask me what I actually do to earn my consultancy, I'd have to tell you, in all honesty, not much," he said.
Mr Kiley has since stressed that he did not mean this remark to be taken seriously. Mr Livingstone claims that he was drunk when he said it. "I deplore that someone having a problem with alcohol is used by the media as he was," he said.
Mr Kiley has hinted that his drinking relates to the shock he endured many years ago when his wife of 15 years and their two sons, aged three and five, were killed in a multiple collision near New York. He pulled through by immersing himself in work, running the Boston subway system and overhauling the New York subway, spending $9bn (£5bn) on improvements.
Educated in Indiana and at Harvard Graduate School, he led a CIA-funded student group before he joined the organisation in 1963. He rose to be executive assistant to the director, Richard Helms, who received a suspended prison sentence for lying to Congress about the CIA's operations abroad. Mr Kiley went into transport management in 1970.
Mr Kiley oversaw the introduction of the London congestion charge, which is being studied by other big cities around the world.
There are 10 million Oyster cardholders. More Londoners than ever are cycling and there are 40 per cent more bus passengers. He also succeeded in securing the right to borrow huge sums to invest in transport. The quality of London's transport infrastructure was one of the factors that secured the success of the 2012 Olympics bid.
But success has come at vast cost, according to Mr Kiley's critics. Annual bus subsidies have risen from an average of £32m to an average of £428m. And it emerged this week that in the last financial year TfL spent £222m on consultancy fees. On top of that, there is the money spent on Mr Kiley. His next fee, of £146,250, is due on 1 July. It is not likely to be paid.

How long before the Blaired Party and the so-called opposition Conservative Party in the UK converge or merge? In places like Tower Hamlets, the merger has taken place already. And the effects are seen everywhere in the East London Borough of Tower Hamlets. Indeed, the agenda being pursued by the Merged Tory-Blair parties is of a depth that would have been treated as shocking had there been any independent and inquiring mainstream media in Britain. Along with abolishing those very small number of institutions that had been created by centuries of social struggles and pro-democratic scarifies made by fighters for social justice and universal human rights in Britain, Blair has ALSO destroyed in the past 14 years all key ethical concepts in so far as they had any relationship with the obligations of holders of public offices and wielders of public powers within the former Labour Party in the UK, via the former Labour Party in the UK and against the values of the former Labour Party in the UK.
And beyond and in the main society in the country.
Blair has corrupted society so far and so comprehensively that it will take a very long time before the battles for social justice and human rights could be said to be back to the level before Blair was given the powers and the appearance of legitimacy to carry out the evil deeds.
And to read in the last 10 days [ 5 June 2007 to 14 June 2007] that this same Blair is being prepared for a Christian Church validation is not only absolutely predicable within the framework of immorality and Dark Age anti-morality that Blair himself has engendered, incited, fomented and foisted on and across the institutions including the hitherto morality-linked entity of the Church [or Churches] and on the institutional equivalents of the Church for the other religions, but to also note that the corruption of the institutions has permeated into and through the Christian Church institutions!
Added to that is the fact that the so-called institutions of truth-seeking knowledge-boosting University of Cambridge has been more then willing to prostitute whatever morality and ethical independence attached to its institutional existence before… Every day, there is one or more than a dozen exhibits or displays or manifestations of the name ‘Cambridge University’ being sold as a marketing gimmick just as they did last week in London when they provided Blair with a platform to practise his immorality and his audacious lack of shame when he pretended to know about Islam and Muslims! He would not have been allowed to do any of those tricks had there been a moral watch about in Britain among the so-called ‘institutions of democracy’. Neither the apparently elected House of Commons nor the so-called free Media is capable of keeping an eye on the evil hold that Blair and his cliques have held on society. That he could say that the media constitute feral beasts is not so much evidence of some latent profundity and moral insight on Blair’s part. It is more like the parrot performing another trick. Blair would be the last person to be even associated with someone with a legitimate grievance against the media. It is the media tools of the real power wielders in society, the Big Business and such like, that have opted for Blair these past 14 years and have dressed and designed groomed and glorified him. It is these forces of evil that have wanted to use Blair as their tool.
And he has played the part.
But he also has played that part in a lethally cunning and corrupting way. That corruption will outlast his stay at Number 10 Downing Street or indeed the length of time that he will be continued to be referred to [say a few years at most following his inevitable departure from that address in London SW1].
Now even some of the most pliant organs of the ‘mainstream British media’ are widely forecasting that Blair will become mega rich once he leaves No 10 Downing Street. How could this be? How could they do this if they also wanted to be taken seriously as being seriously bothered and exercised by the Disaster that Blair has been?
Whatever happened to probing the predicted windfall? Whatever happened to questioning the obscenity and the immorality and the utter absolute prostitution of the office of both MP and Prime Minister?

The revelations as contained in the early editions of the London ‘standardless’ EVENING STANDARD today [Thursday 14 June 2007] about the goings on in the obscenely overrated Ken Livingstone regime in over-Blaired London, show, perhaps in a rare collection of items, the accuracy of what I have been saying for the years since I began publishing on the internet the daily commentary about the degeneration of society with Tony Blair in occupation of Number 10 Downing Street.

Which means that there are words, phrases in it that would not occur in ordinary discourse or communications or statements.
But that is a very common feature present in almost every single one of the 364 other petitions that have been also submitted ‘against’ the Crossrail Bill to the UK Parliament by various other persons, interests and parties concerned.
What is unique about the ‘hole petition’ as submitted in the name of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council is that it is riddled with the type of lies that we have shown Michael Keith has been capable of telling about the Crossrail hole plan and about his role in peddling and touting for the Crossrail hole plan at least since June 2003.
For those who have not examined the banality of the Michael Keith ‘speech-making’ in this context or have not had access to the results of the independent Khoodeelaar! dissection of Michael Keith’s very bizarre and very irrational ‘language’ , we are starting the comprehensive analysis of his role and of the contents of that Crossrail hole petition here.
It is Michael Keith who has played a key [NOT the only key] role as a strategically placed tout on Tower Hamlets Council for the Crossrail hole plan assault on the people of the London borough of Tower Hamlets.
If there has been any other ‘single’ councillor who has aided or abetted him in this way then that can only be the council leader Helal Uddin Abbas who was in the post of leader until his overthrow in May 2005.
Between the two of them, Helal Uddin Abbas and Michael Keith have participated in the promotion of the Crossrail hole plan in the local community in the East End of London in a most intriguingly brazen and irrational way.
They were told by Khoodeelaar! very clearly in early 2004 that what they had done upto then must stop and must not be repeated at all.
They were written to first by CBRUK – the Committee for Bangladeshis’ Rights in the UK [which supports Khoodeelaar!] and asked to explain what they had done in promoting Crossrail upto that time [January-March 2004]. They failed to explain any of their conduct.
The CBRUK questionnaires and constitutional communications were soon followed up by Khoodeelaar!
Then it was noted that Helal Uddin Abbas had been a so-signatory to what must have been a Ken Livingstone confection for Crossrail that also appeared in the print editions of the London EVENING STANDARD.

A LEADING contender to become Britain's Deputy Prime Minister tried to woo supporters in Crossrail-threatened Brick Lane on Wednesday night... but then refused to talk about the £16 billion project saying it was "not my brief."
Education Secretary Alan Johnson froze when the Advertiser asked him for his views on Crossrail, which protesters claim will devastate large sections of the East End during its massive construction.
He smiled and said: "Crossrail's not my portfolio. I'm not really briefed on it, so I wouldn't like to comment."
His minder for the evening, Labour party member Mizanur Chaudhury, then dragged him away and insisted: "Crossrail's a local issue and not important for here."
Crossrail chiefs want to sink huge ventilation and emergency exit shafts at Spitalfields, Whitechapel and other parts of Tower Hamlets, ready for the main tunnelling.
One of the shafts will be just yards from Brick Lane's Sonargaon restaurant where Mr Johnson held his campaign meeting on Wednesday evening.
As he arrived, the anti-Crossrail campaign group Khoodeelaar! heckled him from across the street. But Mr Johnson just smiled and made no reference to the protest in his speech.
Instead, he talked about how he was a trade unionist to the core and how Gordon Brown would usher in a 'sense of moral purpose' when he becomes Prime Minister next Wednesday.
"I'm sorry I was late," Mr Johnson told the 80 party members and Unison activists present.
"But I haven't been to this fabulous community of Brick Lane for a while."
In a swipe at Respect's Bethnal Green & Bow MP George Galloway, he added: "This is Labour territory and we need to ensure we win it back from the people who posture and pose on the Left.
"If we can beat [Conservative leader] David Cameron at the next election, the Tories will be destroyed and the 21st century can become the century of the progressive Left.
Mr Johnson also praised his 'old mate,' Poplar MP Jim Fitzpatrick, sitting beside him, who faces a tough battle to be re-elected at the next General Election.
"Jim has been an absolute credit to the Labour party and Government," he said.
"I would not like to be dealing with some of issues he has recently."
Mr Johnson was among the last of the six contenders to woo the Tower Hamlets vote during the deputy leadership campaign, which ends on Sunday. ”

Heseltine is often overrated in the media, mainly because the ignorant and the immoral media 'pundits' themselves don’t have the record of opposing authoritarians themselves. So they used Heseltine as a sort of default opponent of Thatcher. And in doing so, they inflated the ego of the man who needed no inflating. He was the most accomplished inflater of his ego himself.
His intervention as relayed by the BBC today, in calling fro the further powers to be given to authoritarian self-seekers is in total conflict with any image Heseltine might wish to promote of himself as a backer of a democratic say by local people in the peoples'' affairs.
Heseltine was wrong in 1981 sand Heseltine is wrong again over this mayorisation in 2007.
Scrap his call and with it scarp the powers that are already given to the likes of the mayor in London.
The Greater London Assembly is a joke. It was intended to be a joke. It must have been intended to be a joke. Given its records, it could not have been intended to act as a demander of accountability from the holder of the office of mayor in the name of London. And it has lived [!] up to that agenda.
What is needed is an Assembly without a mayor. The Assembly should have the elected titular head for a year and election to the title should be held annually. In a clinic in the United States, an ex-CIA agent is receiving treatment for alcohol addiction, an illness that may have its origins in a dreadful tragedy that befell his family years ago.
Bob Kiley might sound like a suitable case for public sympathy but sympathy has been noticeably lacking in the questions about him directed at London's City Hall this week. Because Mr Kiley, 72, is not just an alcoholic, he is also one of Britain's highest-paid public servants.
While he was Transport Commissioner, he earned £3.9m and was allowed a house, rent-free, in Belgravia - a perk reckoned to be worth £13,000. He has use of it until 2009.
When he ceased to be a full-time commissioner, he was paid £2m in a severance deal and retained as a 90-day-a-year consultant for Transport for London (TfL) with a daily fee of £3,200, giving advice on issues such as Crossrail and the Olympics.
This week, the London Mayor, Ken Livingstone, who hired Mr Kiley six years ago, felt compelled to say that the generous flow of Londoners' money into Mr Kiley's current account would have to stop. The Mayor has tactfully suggested that Mr Kiley will have the good sense not to submit an invoice until he is well again.
The Mayor made this announcement with obvious reluctance, accompanying it with a glowing tribute to all that Mr Kiley has done.
But some people have wondered whether there is anyone who is paid so much out of the public purse to do so little. In an interview in March with the London Evening Standard Mr Kiley admitted that his intake of vodka went up as his workload went down. "If you ask me what I actually do to earn my consultancy, I'd have to tell you, in all honesty, not much," he said.
Mr Kiley has since stressed that he did not mean this remark to be taken seriously. Mr Livingstone claims that he was drunk when he said it. "I deplore that someone having a problem with alcohol is used by the media as he was," he said.
Mr Kiley has hinted that his drinking relates to the shock he endured many years ago when his wife of 15 years and their two sons, aged three and five, were killed in a multiple collision near New York. He pulled through by immersing himself in work, running the Boston subway system and overhauling the New York subway, spending $9bn (£5bn) on improvements.
Educated in Indiana and at Harvard Graduate School, he led a CIA-funded student group before he joined the organisation in 1963. He rose to be executive assistant to the director, Richard Helms, who received a suspended prison sentence for lying to Congress about the CIA's operations abroad. Mr Kiley went into transport management in 1970.
Mr Kiley oversaw the introduction of the London congestion charge, which is being studied by other big cities around the world.
There are 10 million Oyster cardholders. More Londoners than ever are cycling and there are 40 per cent more bus passengers. He also succeeded in securing the right to borrow huge sums to invest in transport. The quality of London's transport infrastructure was one of the factors that secured the success of the 2012 Olympics bid.
But success has come at vast cost, according to Mr Kiley's critics. Annual bus subsidies have risen from an average of £32m to an average of £428m. And it emerged this week that in the last financial year TfL spent £222m on consultancy fees. On top of that, there is the money spent on Mr Kiley. His next fee, of £146,250, is due on 1 July. It is not likely to be paid.

How long before the Blaired Party and the so-called opposition Conservative Party in the UK converge or merge? In places like Tower Hamlets, the merger has taken place already. And the effects are seen everywhere in the East London Borough of Tower Hamlets. Indeed, the agenda being pursued by the Merged Tory-Blair parties is of a depth that would have been treated as shocking had there been any independent and inquiring mainstream media in Britain. Along with abolishing those very small number of institutions that had been created by centuries of social struggles and pro-democratic scarifies made by fighters for social justice and universal human rights in Britain, Blair has ALSO destroyed in the past 14 years all key ethical concepts in so far as they had any relationship with the obligations of holders of public offices and wielders of public powers within the former Labour Party in the UK, via the former Labour Party in the UK and against the values of the former Labour Party in the UK.
And beyond and in the main society in the country.
Blair has corrupted society so far and so comprehensively that it will take a very long time before the battles for social justice and human rights could be said to be back to the level before Blair was given the powers and the appearance of legitimacy to carry out the evil deeds.
And to read in the last 10 days [ 5 June 2007 to 14 June 2007] that this same Blair is being prepared for a Christian Church validation is not only absolutely predicable within the framework of immorality and Dark Age anti-morality that Blair himself has engendered, incited, fomented and foisted on and across the institutions including the hitherto morality-linked entity of the Church [or Churches] and on the institutional equivalents of the Church for the other religions, but to also note that the corruption of the institutions has permeated into and through the Christian Church institutions!
Added to that is the fact that the so-called institutions of truth-seeking knowledge-boosting University of Cambridge has been more then willing to prostitute whatever morality and ethical independence attached to its institutional existence before… Every day, there is one or more than a dozen exhibits or displays or manifestations of the name ‘Cambridge University’ being sold as a marketing gimmick just as they did last week in London when they provided Blair with a platform to practise his immorality and his audacious lack of shame when he pretended to know about Islam and Muslims! He would not have been allowed to do any of those tricks had there been a moral watch about in Britain among the so-called ‘institutions of democracy’. Neither the apparently elected House of Commons nor the so-called free Media is capable of keeping an eye on the evil hold that Blair and his cliques have held on society. That he could say that the media constitute feral beasts is not so much evidence of some latent profundity and moral insight on Blair’s part. It is more like the parrot performing another trick. Blair would be the last person to be even associated with someone with a legitimate grievance against the media. It is the media tools of the real power wielders in society, the Big Business and such like, that have opted for Blair these past 14 years and have dressed and designed groomed and glorified him. It is these forces of evil that have wanted to use Blair as their tool.
And he has played the part.
But he also has played that part in a lethally cunning and corrupting way. That corruption will outlast his stay at Number 10 Downing Street or indeed the length of time that he will be continued to be referred to [say a few years at most following his inevitable departure from that address in London SW1].
Now even some of the most pliant organs of the ‘mainstream British media’ are widely forecasting that Blair will become mega rich once he leaves No 10 Downing Street. How could this be? How could they do this if they also wanted to be taken seriously as being seriously bothered and exercised by the Disaster that Blair has been?
Whatever happened to probing the predicted windfall? Whatever happened to questioning the obscenity and the immorality and the utter absolute prostitution of the office of both MP and Prime Minister?
